Creator Guidelines

aphilo is a tool. How you use it reflects on you and on the creator community. These guidelines exist to keep that community trustworthy.

  1. Be Honest

Only promote products you genuinely believe in or have tested. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in every post — this is both an FTC requirement and the right thing to do. Use language like "#ad" or "#affiliate" where required.

  2. Make Accurate Claims

Don't exaggerate results, invent reviews, or make claims a product can't support. If aphilo's AI script suggests something that doesn't feel true, edit it before posting. You are responsible for what you publish.

  3. Respect Other Creators

Don't copy other creators' content, scripts, or presentation styles. Compete on quality and authenticity, not imitation. Report suspected intellectual property violations through TikTok's own channels.

  4. Follow Platform Rules

aphilo works alongside TikTok Shop — your content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and TikTok Shop Creator policies at all times. If TikTok's rules conflict with anything in aphilo, TikTok's rules govern.

  5. No Engagement Manipulation

Don't use aphilo data or scripts to coordinate fake engagement, purchase fake reviews, or manipulate TikTok's algorithm. These tactics violate TikTok's terms and undermine the creator ecosystem.

  6. Protect Your Audience

Your audience trusts you. Don't promote products that are unsafe, misleading, or unsuitable for your followers. Pay particular attention if your audience includes younger viewers.

  7. Reporting Violations

If you see another aphilo user violating these guidelines — or if something in the app seems to encourage a harmful practice — email us at support@aphiloapp.com. We take this seriously.
