  1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms govern your use of the aphilo website and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by Aphilo LLC ("aphilo," "we," "us"). Using the Service means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

  2. What aphilo Is

    aphilo is an educational and analytics app for TikTok Shop affiliate creators — trending product data, AI-assisted scripts, and a guided learning path, for informational and educational purposes.

  3. Independence from TikTok

    aphilo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, TikTok Shop, or ByteDance Ltd. Your use of TikTok is governed solely by their own terms.

  4. Eligibility

    You must be 18 or older. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

  5. Your Account

    You're responsible for your credentials and activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  6. No Earnings Guarantees

    We make no promises about income, sales, or outcomes. All figures shown (commissions, GMV, examples) are informational or illustrative. Your results depend on your own effort, content, and factors we don't control. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.

  7. Data Accuracy

    Data is provided "as is," may be delayed or estimated, and may come from third-party sources including TikTok's APIs. We don't warrant its accuracy or completeness.

  8. AI-Generated Content

    Scripts and other AI-generated material may be inaccurate or need editing. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything before you post it, including complying with disclosure laws (e.g., FTC endorsement rules).

  9. Acceptable Use

    Don't scrape or resell Service data, reverse-engineer the Service, violate any law or TikTok's own terms, or use the Service to build a competing product.

  10. Intellectual Property

    We own the Service and its content. You may use scripts generated for you in your own content. All other rights are reserved.

  11. Subscriptions & Billing

    Paid features renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases through Apple/Google are billed and refunded under their own policies. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

  12. Termination

    You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

  13. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

  14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

  15. Indemnification

    You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.

  16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

  17. Changes

    We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
