  1. Overview

    This explains how Aphilo LLC ("aphilo," "we") collects, uses, and shares information through the aphilo website and app.

  2. Information We Collect

    • You provide: email, name, username, niche, affiliate stage, preferences.
    • Connected TikTok Shop data (optional): if you connect your account, we access your affiliate performance data via TikTok's official APIs to show it back to you. We never see your TikTok password.
    • Market data: trending products and pricing from TikTok's APIs and/or licensed data providers — not personal data.
    • Usage data: device type, app version, general diagnostics.

  3. How We Use Information

    To run and personalize the Service, show you your own data, send notifications you've enabled, provide support, and comply with law.

  4. What We Do NOT Do

    • We do not sell your personal information.
    • We do not share your connected TikTok Shop data with other users or outside parties, except service providers who help us run the app.
    • We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
    • TikTok API data is used only within the Service, consistent with TikTok's developer policies.

  5. Sharing

    Only with: service providers under confidentiality (hosting, email delivery); legal authorities when required; a successor entity if we're ever acquired.

  6. Retention

    We keep your data while your account is active, and delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period after you delete your account.

  7. Your Rights

    • Edit your profile anytime.
    • Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account.
    • Disconnect TikTok Shop anytime.
    • Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.
    • We do not sell or share data as defined by state privacy laws.

  8. Children

    The Service is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

  9. Security

    We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure.

  10. U.S. Processing

    The Service is operated from and intended for the United States.

  11. Third Parties

    Links to and dependence on TikTok, Apple, and Google are governed by their own privacy policies.

  12. Changes

    We'll update the "Last updated" date for any revisions, with notice for material changes.
